Project Summary

Zombillenium is the first feature-length film by Arthur de Pins and Alexis Ducord, a 3D family comedy adapted from the comic book of the same name, published by Dupuis and featured in the Spirou magazine.

DreamWall handled the complete modeling and texturing of the sets and props, and also provided one-third of the animation. The project began in July 2015 and ended in January 2017, involving a total of 45 people.

Synopsis / Project summary

In the horror theme park Zombillenium, the monsters are feeling down. Not only are zombies, vampires, werewolves, and other demons real monsters whose souls belong to the Devil forever, but they are also tired of their jobs entertaining consumerist, voyeuristic, and selfish humans. In short, they are tired of the office life in general, especially when it seems to last an eternity... That is, until Hector arrives, a human safety inspector determined to shut down the establishment. Francis, the vampire in charge of the park, has no choice but to bite him to preserve their secret. Transformed into a strange monster, separated from his daughter Lucie, and stuck in the park, Hector feels down... But what if he eventually becomes the new star attraction of Zombillenium?
