With 17 years of experience, our expert team creates captivating animations and virtual solutions, combining creativity and technology in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

As deputy director of the Media Solutions division, you participate in the development and implementation of the strategy of the Media Solutions division, in close collaboration with the director of the division. You assist the division's management in the management and coordination of daily operations. This may involve administering day-to-day tasks, coordinating different departments or managing specific projects in their financial, human and commercial aspects. You represent the company and/or the division during events or customer contacts.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic
    • Help develop and implement the objectives of the Media Solutions division's business plan in close collaboration with the division's management, financial management and general management.

    • Support the structuring and development of the department.

    • Represent the company in markets, meetings, networks to help develop markets and partnerships.

  • Management
    • Work closely with the department management to coordinate and supervise daily operations.

    • Monitor the achievement of objectives.

    • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.

    • Manage the teams dedicated to project management and - ultimately - the entire division's teams.

    • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

We are looking for

  • Training in directing/production or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing audiovisual and/or event productions. Proven experience in broadcast/linear media is a plus.

  • Minimum experience 5 years in team management.

  • Excellent knowledge of the broadcast sector and Belgian and international media.

  • Good knowledge of the events sector is an asset.

  • Keen interest and curiosity for emerging technologies serving media, sports and events applications.

  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.

  • Solution oriented, continuous improvement, curious and positive mind.

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Flexibility and availability (services possible in the evenings and weekends and recurring international trips).
